Diving/Registration 12/7/09
On the 12th we went to the Bonaire marine park. The drive there was a beautiful 30 minute drive through forests of huge cactis. When we opened our doors at the beach that we were gonna dive at, blue and green lizzards swarmed us. It was really cool.
Like I said, huge cactis. The bottom of them were like the trunks of trees.
Iguana we found on the side of the road.
At one point there were probably 20 running up to us.

A pond that we passed that was filled with flamingo.

After we went to the marine reserve to dive, we registered for the event.
The registration opened with 50 mortercycles driving through the crowd. This is probably one of the biggest and most publisised event I have been to.

a Big crab we found 30 minutes away from the beach just before our house. It was in the middle of the road and I noticed it and said turn around and grab the cooler! We ended up catching it.
