July 12 - 13 Award ceremony

I have been sick for the last few days, but luckily I am healthy again.
The competition went great. Connor and I did very well and learned so much rules and skills.
The wind died after the first day of competing, Connor was on a 6.5 and a 94 liter board, I was on a 7.5 122 liter board.
We rented sails and boards because we did not have big enough. Still we were both under powered on our bad performing sails. Considering all of these factors (me being sick, bad rental sails, floating logs, and bad weather) we did great and learned a lot?
Connor being light tied for 1st and got 2nd, and I got 8th.
On my starts I was top 3 all the time, on the jibes I was passing people, but on the straight everyone passed my up.
The award ceremony was really nice and very cool.
We had lightning and thunder, fog, 30 knot winds and bad weather like that witch on those days they canceled the event.
Before the storm of my life came it was beautiful.
We are now in Germany again and are leaving to Bonaire tomorrow.

Also this is great news: The ISAF might make a change to the Olympic windsurf class. If the ISAF gets enough votes they can change The Olympic windsurf class from Heavy miserable RSX to Formula racing. This is great news to so many peoples. Also it will be 15 and up.
